Back to Gu.
Thursday's long run felt normal. It kind of sucked at the end, but I felt like I was really getting back into it. Of course, I used Gu and was on a major caffeine high through most of the run. I guess that makes sense though. Also, some of the songs on the new Fall Out Boy CD are really good to run to, so that helped.
I really just need new music on my iPod. That's really easier said than done, though. I've pretty much exhausted collection. Speaking of iPod's, Greg got a new Nano and new running shoes that work with the sports thingy I bought. I'm going to let him use the sensor and will report back the findings.
On a motivational note, Greg's really getting me psyched about it. It's really helpful that he's getting so into running and reading up about things, etc. Otherwise I probably would have gotten bored with this a long time ago, and possibly even (*gasp*) quit training. :O Or not.
