Five miles... take 2.
Okay, so the plan was to run Saturday, but that didn't happen because I was up way too late. So today I went to church and then did 5. It was fine. Very good, actually. My knees were a little sore, but I'm thinking that was because I didn't stretch enough. Now, all I need is more self-discipline...
